Global Operations Leadership Development Program (GOLD) Class of 2027 - Juarez (MedTech Supply Chain)

Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Permanent authorization to work in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is required, along with a valid passport and valid U.S. visa or a visa application currently under review.

What you will do

• Complete three one-year rotations across global supply chain functions in Ciudad Juárez.
• Participate in planning, production, distribution, procurement, customer service, and logistics activities.
• Lead cross-functional projects and improve manufacturing systems, equipment, efficiency, capacity, and operational costs.
• Collaborate with internal customers, external suppliers, and vendors to support business decisions and outcomes.
• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance while analyzing products, processes, and customer impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or quality.
• Degree obtained between December 2024 and December 2026.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• Permanent authorization to work in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
• Valid passport and valid U.S. visa, or a visa application currently under review.
• Fluent English proficiency, leadership ability, and knowledge of spreadsheet analysis, data management, project management, presentation graphics, engineering analysis, and statistical software.
