Program Supervisor

Location: Muncie, Indiana, USA

Salary: $17.75 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and oversee employees at assigned programs.
• Coordinate services and ensure direct-service shifts are fully staffed.
• Train employees and conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, mentoring, encouragement, and guidance.
• Support individuals with daily living activities, including mobility, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Ensure comfort, safety, personal growth, accurate documentation, and compliance with support plans.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required; comfort transporting people served is required.
• Some positions may require a personal vehicle and auto liability insurance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Strong communication, computer, documentation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Person-centered, patient, dependable, adaptable, observant, and able to provide positive leadership.

Nice to have

• Two-year degree in related social services.
• Two years of developmental-disability services experience with supervisory experience.
