Financial & Employment Planner Case Manager Lead

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Salary: Up to USD 27.02 per hour

What you will do

• Review service-track recommendations and ensure accurate placement based on eligibility and needs assessments.
• Conduct staffing reviews with case managers to evaluate service plans and participant progress.
• Provide guidance on service alignment, resource utilization, and barrier-mitigation strategies.
• Support individualized employment and self-sufficiency planning for W-2 participants.
• Monitor compliance with program standards, documentation requirements, employment laws, and performance benchmarks.
• Train and mentor case managers while connecting frontline staff with leadership.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in case management, workforce development, or W-2 program administration.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow applicable employment laws and program regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with service-track development or program evaluation.
• Familiarity with Wisconsin W-2 program policies and procedures.
• Bilingual Spanish or Hmong skills.
