Residential Manager 3pm-12am (Disability Services)

Location: San Marcos, Texas, USA; flexible hours and locations may be required, including coverage of direct care shifts.

What you will do

• Review staff documentation, including daily progress notes, data sheets, and incident reports.
• Ensure activity schedules and service plans are implemented for each person served.
• Monitor compliance with audit systems, client rights, safety procedures, and service-site requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in investigations involving clients and employees.
• Track labor hours, expenses, claims, trust fund requests, and other financial documentation against site budgets.
• Train staff on financial and administrative controls and provide supervisory support.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration, or social science, or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience in brain injury or residential services.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services for individuals with acquired brain injuries.
• Experience managing systems, processes, and people, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external personnel and work flexible hours and locations.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required.
