Salary: USD 32.58–33.58 per hour

What you will do
- Supervise employment services professionals, including Business Services Consultants, temporary staff, Child Support Liaisons, and online Workshop Facilitators.
- Coordinate TEMP, Transitional Jobs, vocational training, and other workforce development programs.
- Develop and maintain work experience sites and employer partnerships.
- Facilitate direct hire placements and job readiness workshops.
- Monitor staff productivity, program performance, and participant employment outcomes.
- Provide coaching and feedback while supporting compliance, continuous improvement, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Workforce Development, Human Services, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in employment services, workforce development, or program supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of local labor market trends and employer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce tracking systems.
- Must work onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with W-2, TEMP, or other employment-focused public assistance programs.
- Familiarity with vocational training providers and job placement strategies.
- Bilingual Spanish or Hmong skills.
