Coupa Integration Consultant (Coupa)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; the posting also lists Bothell, WA.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design and develop integrations between Coupa and ERP, finance, payroll, payment, identity, and supplier-network systems.
• Build API-based integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Implement supplier onboarding, supplier master, contract, catalog, requisition, purchase order, invoice, payment, user, role, and approval-hierarchy data flows.
• Design error handling, retries, reconciliation, OAuth, SSO, certificate-based authentication, and least-privilege credential practices.
• Optimize high-volume integration performance, participate in releases and regression testing, and support production incidents.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, engineering, and business stakeholders while maintaining architecture documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of integration engineering experience and hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience with at least one major iPaaS platform, such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Solid SQL, data transformation, REST/SOAP API, OAuth, integration security, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• Coupa certifications.
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury.
• Experience with supplier-network integrations or global BSM rollouts.
