Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee daily service department operations to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, hire, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance and service quality.
• Ensure service work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor KPIs, adjust performance strategies, and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dealership service management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train team members.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations and profitability strategies.
• Effective time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time availability Monday through Saturday; Sundays and one weekday off.
