Automotive Store Manager

Location: 4965 E Royalton Rd., Broadview Heights, Ohio, United States; onsite, five-day work week with weekends off

Salary: USD 70,000–90,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage office and shop personnel, daily operations, store opening and closing, and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee customer communication throughout the repair process and explain appropriate repair solutions clearly and honestly.
• Develop estimates and work orders, guide Service Writers, assign work to technicians, and ensure quality parts and completed repairs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, sales, revenue, profit margins, and performance goals.
• Complete reconciliations, audits, report analysis, and operational reporting for franchise owners or operators.
• Maintain equipment, resources, workplace standards, and staff performance in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in automotive customer service and service sales.
• Supervisory or management experience in the automotive industry.
• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications; a current driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday, occasionally lift over 50 lbs., drive manual-transmission vehicles, and maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
