Senior Systems Programmer Analyst (AML/Compliance)

Location: Jersey City, NJ, United States; hybrid work with remote work permitted 2 days per week

Salary: $158,706–$170,000 per year, plus discretionary bonuses and profit-sharing

What you will do

• Design, customize, and support front-end and back-end Corporate Technology application components.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain AML, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening compliance platforms.
• Integrate internally developed systems with vendor solutions and resolve issues in test and production environments.
• Create deployment scripts, build automated code deployment tools, and design proof-of-concept solutions for new technologies.
• Perform ETL using the Oracle Data Integration platform and validate that code meets user requirements and technical standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, support specialists, and vendors to address regulatory inquiries, audits, server end-of-life issues, and application vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related computer field.
• At least 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• 5 years of experience with FIRCOSOFT, Oracle Financial Crime Compliance Management, money laundering monitoring models, and surveillance reports.
• 5 years of experience with Oracle, Tomcat, SQL, Autosys, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Apache Maven, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Java, JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, JMS, RESTful Web Services, Hibernate, and EJB.
• Ability to work in Jersey City, NJ, with remote work permitted only 2 days per week.
