Technical Writer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Write, review, and maintain product documentation, technical information, and end-user help pages.
• Translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear content for clients, regulators, and internal teams.
• Work with subject matter experts, product managers, and developers to extract and structure information.
• Use handovers, product demonstrations, design documents, and technical specifications as documentation sources.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and iterative review cycles.
• Support a global content management strategy focused on information reuse and consistency.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience writing high-quality software documentation.
• Strong understanding of the wealth management industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new topics and turn complex information into user-friendly guidance.
• Comfort working cross-functionally, managing multiple documentation streams, and adapting to changing requirements.
• Proactive approach to clarifying details, following up with colleagues and partners, and driving progress.

Nice to have

• Experience documenting wealth management platforms.
• Experience with MadCap Flare.
• Experience using Git source control.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with project tracking applications such as Jira.
