What you will do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and Agile squads to produce accurate, user-centric technical content.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, policies, standards, and playbooks.
• Analyze technical processes to understand and document complex workflows.
• Manage and structure documentation repositories and the technical knowledge base.
• Develop and publish best practices and resources to enable internal knowledge self-management.
• Refine and optimize documentation processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical writing, editorial, or copywriting.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
• General knowledge of coding, software design, servers, databases, cloud, and middleware.
• Familiarity with ITSM operational practices such as DevOps, DevSecOps, and ITIL.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Ability to work effectively within a Payment Card Industry (PCI) and ISO27001 governed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with knowledge management tools like Confluence, Lucidchart, MS Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow Knowledge Base.
