Director, Corporate FP&A

hirify.global develops fusion energy technology and operates a finance function supporting company-wide planning, capital allocation, and operational scale.

What you will do

• Lead corporate budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, planning calendars, governance standards, and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain the enterprise financial risk register and track mitigation actions and material exposures.
• Prepare Executive Committee and Board reporting packages, translating complex financial analysis into clear recommendations.
• Own enterprise cash forecasting and support liquidity, working capital, capital allocation, target-setting, and scenario analysis decisions.
• Oversee a shared pool of financial analysts and advise G&A and R&D leaders on business cases and capital allocation.
• Partner with Accounting, Investor Relations, Finance Systems, IT, and other teams on reporting integrations, finance transformation, AI adoption, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant corporate FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis expertise with strong command of enterprise planning processes.
• Experience preparing executive and Board materials and communicating financial narratives to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in an industrial facility and perform extended periods of typing, standing, or sitting.
• Willingness to travel or occasionally work nights, weekends, or on-call shifts; the facility contains industrial hazards including high voltage, strong magnets, fumes, lead, pressure systems, and cryogenics.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• Familiarity with modern FP&A tools and interest in applying AI and automation to finance workflows.
