Software Engineer 2 (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States, with eligible locations including Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Washington, Fort Lauderdale, Louisville, Nashville, New York, and Tampa. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $80,900–$110,300 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for primary care business operations.
• Build workflows, automations, platform solutions, and integrations using Apex, Flows, OmniStudio, Lightning Components, APIs, and integration platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.
• Develop unit tests, support integration and user acceptance testing, troubleshoot production defects, and perform root cause analysis.
• Support CI/CD, software development lifecycle standards, system performance improvements, and post-release validation.
• Maintain user stories, technical documentation, deployment records, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials in Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of software engineering or application development experience and at least 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, or OmniStudio, as well as Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, connected enterprise applications, Agile methodologies, and SDLC practices.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for development productivity, testing, troubleshooting, or documentation, with understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic development.
• Successful completion of hirify.global's AI skills assessment, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Associate, Administrator, or Platform App Builder certification.
• Salesforce Health Cloud, MuleSoft, JavaScript, web technologies, or modern UI framework experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD tools, healthcare or regulated industries, cloud platforms, and modern application architectures.
