Oversight Compliance Specialist

Location: Hybrid, Washington, DC; US citizenship required

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end reviews of assigned compliance assessments and related agreement documentation.
• Coordinate the resolution of deficiencies with ICE Field Offices and participating law enforcement agencies.
• Prepare complete, defensible reports for leadership review and signature.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio and maintain accurate program records.
• Help ensure assessment decisions are timely, consistent, and aligned with program requirements.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required by the federal client.
• Public Trust clearance is required.
• Experience supporting compliance oversight, assessments, documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio and coordinate with federal offices and law enforcement agencies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Washington, DC.
