Salary: $116,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide senior technical and operational leadership for the DHS ICE 287(g) national compliance oversight program.
• Oversee the core compliance assessment lifecycle and coordinate national workload execution.
• Lead quality control and perform final technical reviews of sensitive products.
• Advise the Assistant Director for PSPD and senior ICE leadership on systemic risks and emerging trends.
• Resolve complex compliance matters involving Field Offices and law enforcement agency partners.
• Translate program requirements into consistent national assessment practices.

Requirements

• Public Trust clearance required.
• US citizenship required for the federal client.
• Senior technical and operational leadership experience in compliance oversight or a related program environment.
• Strong judgment and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to analyze systemic risks, review sensitive products, and resolve complex compliance matters.
