Scheduling Lead (Data Centers)

Location: Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week at a project site outside Rockingham, NC.

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Build and manage integrated project schedules covering scope, milestones, timelines, and project interdependencies.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project outcomes using Work Breakdown Structure methodology.
• Baseline schedules, manage periodic updates, and provide schedule progress analysis and reporting.
• Negotiate timelines and facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions with project partners.
• Participate in risk analysis workshops, support the QRA process, and resource-load schedules.
• Lead the scheduling team through mentoring, quality management, and development of best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment experience on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management, construction, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week at the project site outside Rockingham, NC.
