Product Designer (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must qualify as U.S. persons under federal law.

Salary: $124,000–$170,000 annual base salary, depending on U.S. market tier, experience, and skills, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the user experience across an assigned portfolio of technology products, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency.
• Translate product strategy and requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and delivered product experiences.
• Plan and conduct interviews, workflow walkthroughs, usability testing, and other user research focused on real-world workflows and edge cases.
• Define UX success metrics, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, and communicate recommendations and risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Insights to deliver feasible designs and incorporate customer, market, and regulatory feedback.
• Contribute to design-system patterns, platform transitions, documentation, and long-term product usability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing user experiences for complex B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work, including research, flows, interaction design, and delivered products.
• Experience working with Product Management and Engineering in an Agile environment.
• Ability to design complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and experiences for expert users.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain and defend design decisions with evidence.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

Nice to have

• Experience designing products for regulated industries such as energy, utilities, infrastructure, or government.
• Experience balancing standardization with customer-specific configuration in SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting platform migrations or major product evolutions.
