Power Apps Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Remote - Texas

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

Develops jail management, pretrial, and community corrections software for justice and public safety agencies in North America, including Offender360 and PreTrial360 solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support custom Microsoft Power Platform components, including Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, model-driven applications, canvas applications, Power Automate flows, and SSRS reports.
• Develop and support C#/.NET Dataverse plugins and deploy Power Platform solutions.
• Build new applications and maintain existing products used by justice and public safety organizations.
• Work with business analysts, end users, project managers, testers, and developers to define requirements and review solution progress.
• Plan development activities, monitor progress, prototype solutions, and solve technical and business problems.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions while ensuring code quality and reusability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
• 3+ years of SSRS report development experience in a Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform environment.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, React, and C#/.NET.
• 5+ years of software development experience using a structured development approach.
• Experience with FetchXML, Dataverse Web API, and Model-Driven Application Client API.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Git, and agile development.
