Senior Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Remote within Europe only; preference for Western Europe, with Eastern Europe also considered. Occasional on-site visits may be required.

An AI-powered platform for managing users, roles, permissions, identity verification, rewards, and integrations with CRM, accounting, and card-issuing tools.

What you will do

• Own architectural decisions for a large, actively evolving platform in a compliance- and finance-sensitive domain.
• Extend the generic-entity and schema system across 11 distinct role overlays without regressions.
• Lead integrations with SmartSearch, Salesforce, Xero, Pannovate, and SendGrid.
• Review code with a security-first focus on authorization and access-control gaps.
• Maintain the Memory Bank and feature-level documentation practices.
• Participate in on-call support, production operations, and future engineering mentorship.

Requirements

• Senior-level full-stack development experience with Next.js, TypeScript, tRPC, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, and Zod.
• Experience with schema- or metadata-driven system design and JSONB-based PostgreSQL modeling.
• Strong understanding of authorization and access-control security.
• Experience integrating multiple third-party APIs with graceful handling of partial failures.
• Comfort with Docker, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and Azure.
• Upper-intermediate English at B2+ level for client-facing communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with KYC/KYB, rewards systems, card issuance, or other compliance- and finance-sensitive products.
• Readiness to progress into a Team Lead position.
