Recruiter (Talent Acquisition & Full-Cycle Recruiting)

Location: Remote from Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Uruguay; U.S. business hours overlap preferred.

What you will do

• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Build talent pipelines and develop sourcing strategies for multiple role types.
• Conduct phone and video interviews, evaluate candidates, and prepare interview summaries.
• Manage multiple searches, coordinate candidates, and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Partner with Account Managers and internal teams to deliver qualified candidate shortlists.
• Maintain clear candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in agency, staffing, or offshore recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for sales, executive assistant, customer support, marketing, operations, and technical roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting international remote talent or supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, or recruiting CRM platforms.
• Background in staffing, BPO, or offshore recruitment.
