Patient & Family Coordinator (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Remote, United States; fully virtual with periodic in-person retreats

Starting salary: $50,000 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate initial treatment schedules with patients and families and adjust appointments as needed.
• Respond to inbound patient and family calls and emails with timely, thorough support.
• Support the multidisciplinary care team with rescheduling, medical record requests, patient transitions, and other administrative coordination.
• Build supportive relationships with patients, families, and clinical colleagues throughout the care experience.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, preferably involving scheduling.
• Experience in a patient-facing or provider-facing role with the ability to build relationships virtually.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks quickly and follow established workflows accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and proactively identify problems and solutions.
• Comfort navigating multiple technology systems and tools simultaneously.
