Senior Data Engineer (Dataiku, Power BI, SQL, Python)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with remote work permitted up to 2 days per week

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures using Dataiku.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve the performance, security, scalability, and workflows of data systems.
• Promote data engineering best practices and continuous workflow improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Expert-level Dataiku Data Science Studio knowledge, Level 3.
• At least 2 years of Power BI experience and 3 years of SQL and Python experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience delivering scalable data solutions.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
• Good command of English with communicative proficiency for collaboration and reporting is required.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Dataiku, Power BI, or related technologies.
