Senior IT SOX/Compliance Manager

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $121,490–$182,000 per annum, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the IT SOX compliance program strategically and operationally.
• Oversee IT risk assessment and scoping in alignment with financial reporting risks.
• Review control documentation and work with control owners to ensure adequate process execution and documentation.
• Coordinate ITGC and ITAC control testing with internal audit, external audit, and control owners.
• Support system implementations and technology changes by incorporating SOX requirements.
• Improve the SOX program through automation, metrics, tools, training, and remediation of control deficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of audit experience in IT SOX compliance, IT audit, or similar roles.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of SOX and IT general controls.
• Experience with Big Four firms or equivalent SOX IT program leadership in public companies.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS security, controls, and integration with SOX compliance programs.
• Proficiency with AuditBoard, Fastpath, or similar audit platforms.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or CISA, CPA, or CIA certification.
