Business Operations Program Analyst (North America)

Location: Denver, Colorado or Ashburn, Virginia; hybrid schedule with 3 days on site and 2 flexible days

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 base salary plus bonus

What you will do

• Analyze operational performance across Business Operations programs and functions.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, performance gaps, recurring issues, and process breakdowns.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare executive summaries, business reviews, leadership briefings, and operational assessments.
• Support governance, prioritization, business cases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and present complex findings as clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, Colorado or Ashburn, Virginia and work on site three days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, finance, analytics, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operational performance, strategy, consulting, program management, or a related discipline.
• Experience analyzing business performance, supporting leadership decision-making, and working across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
