Operations Analyst

Location: St. Louis, Missouri; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Training is 100% onsite.

Salary: $30–$35 per hour on W2

Provides information technology and workforce solutions through a large professional services organization operating across the United States and Canada.

What you will do

• Review and process advisory account setup and maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate account information and validate account coding in systems of record.
• Analyze operational and exception reports, research discrepancies, and resolve processing issues.
• Partner with account opening, maintenance, advisory, business, and technology teams.
• Support Activity and Invest Cloud initiatives by gathering requirements and participating in testing.
• Evaluate operational risks and identify process and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance operational responsibilities with project deliverables.
• Ability to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly.
• Availability for the St. Louis hybrid schedule and 100% onsite training.
• W2 employment arrangement required.

Nice to have

• Experience with advisory account processing, account maintenance, or brokerage operations.
• Experience with Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting system implementations, process improvement initiatives, or business projects.
