Senior Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions (Retail Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead lifecycle inventory planning to optimize sales, profitability, and customer availability.
• Build supplier partnerships and oversee launch forecasts, seasonal planning, and promotional alignment.
• Drive root cause analysis and recovery plans for out-of-stock challenges and inventory health issues.
• Manage network-wide inventory flows, balancing availability, cost, and speed across channels.
• Collaborate with merchants and cross-functional partners to implement inventory strategies and improve performance.
• Develop and mentor associates while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in inventory management, supply chain, and replenishment strategy in complex retail environments.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, data analytics, or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Experience with lifecycle inventory planning, launch forecasting, seasonal planning, and promotional alignment.
• Strong root cause analysis, corrective action, supplier partnership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience using enterprise systems and data analytics for inventory decisions and cost efficiency.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and managing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in replenishment or inventory management.
• Master's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Supervisory experience.
