Sales and Design Specialist-Seattle 1st Ave 1924 (Retail Furniture)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; in-store position

Salary: $21.00–$22.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission on shipped items and a performance-based bonus plan.

What you will do

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Design tailored furniture solutions based on client needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by developing client relationships and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design or rendering tools.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing more than 40 pounds and follow safety protocols.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
