Quality Control Inspector I – 1st Shift

What you will do

• Inspect component parts, switches, and completed products using drawings, process controls, and measuring tools.
• Perform final inspections, internal process audits, dimensional analysis, and prototype reviews.
• Identify and report non-conformances, ISO violations, drawing discrepancies, and recurring quality problems.
• Prepare NCRs and Customer Improvement Initiatives and support corrective-action activities.
• Train production personnel and team members in inspection and process-control methods.
• Help create and implement process control charts for critical manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and skill development.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, bills of material, wiring diagrams, and ladder diagrams.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, a Fluke multimeter, and small hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP experience is desirable.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ideally, 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and ability to meet medium-heavy physical demands, including frequent lifting, standing, walking, bending, and tool use.
