Material Coordinator (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Coordinate the movement of raw materials, parts, and finished products between production areas and external warehouses.
• Process work orders, material transfers, receipts, stock movements, labels, and traveler files in the ERP system.
• Replenish Kanban and point-of-use bins and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts.
• Receive, inspect, and put parts into stock from internal and vendor machine shops.
• Operate forklifts and cranes safely and load or unload pickup and delivery vehicles.
• Complete 5S activities, RTY data recording, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Computer data-entry and calculator skills.
• Ability to pass the internal forklift test and maintain a valid company-issued forklift license.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and use a crane for materials above 30 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and safe work habits.
