Salary: $73,200–$117,800 per year

What you will do

• Review engineering change notices to assess technical requirements, sourcing needs, supply chain impacts, and ERP setup.
• Execute RFQs, analyze quotes, evaluate suppliers, and support sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate technical collaboration between engineering and suppliers to ensure manufacturability and conformance with drawings.
• Procure capital tooling and develop supply plans for prototype, pre-production, and production launches.
• Identify supplier lead-time risks, expedite critical materials, and lead cross-functional problem-solving through closure.
• Improve ERP data integrity and sourcing and change-implementation processes with digital technology resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three or more years of experience in supply chain management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets.
• Ability to travel 10–20%.
• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and competing priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Purchasing experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience working with suppliers, engineering, operations, quality, program management, and category management teams.
