Financial Consulting Supervisor (Real Estate Accounting)

Salary: $85,100–$161,700 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as a key client contact for Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and month-end close cycles.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and budget-to-actual results.
• Analyze financial information and provide actionable insights and decision support to client management.
• Lead, manage, and coach client-service representatives, associates, and senior associates.
• Improve accounting operations by identifying process, system, module, and integration enhancements.
• Support client onboarding, engagement budgets, proposals, billing, collections, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Progressive experience in real estate accounting and financial management, including property-level accounting and work with property managers.
• Expertise with real estate technology systems such as Yardi, MRI, BlackLine, FloQast, or Basis.
• Knowledge of GAAP, NCREIF, fair market value, management accounting, operational finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience with real estate development and construction accounting, including job costing and draw package submissions.
• Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills; CPA is preferred but not required.
