Customer Service Consultant (Branch Banking)

Salary: £24,700 starting salary, plus £2,223 flexible benefit allowance and eligibility for a discretionary performance-related bonus of 5% of salary

Requirements

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
• Experience working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work at the Hanover Street branch in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
