Branch Banking Client Consultant III - Licensed

Location: Coral Springs, FL 33065-5042; branch-based, in-person client appointments and service.

Salary: $19.87–$31.30 per hour, with possible variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Support branch growth by achieving targets for deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Engage clients through education, discovery-based conversations, scheduled appointments, and marketing campaign outreach.
• Provide customized financial guidance and refer clients to Financial Consultants when appropriate.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.
• Participate in branch projects and help train and mentor colleagues on products and platform procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent credential, or foreign equivalent.
• At least 5 years of customer service and sales experience in the financial industry.
• Experience with sales campaigns, digital products, self-service technologies, and client relationship development.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, solve problems, manage priorities, and collaborate across functions.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses must be obtained within the first 90 days.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 or Series 66 licenses must be obtained within the specified 90-day progression periods.
