Client Director (Insurance)

Location: Vancouver, Canada; primarily in the office

Salary: CAD 88,000–133,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with key clients, C-suite executives, and broker partners.
• Serve as the senior hirify.global contact for assigned client accounts and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
• Develop client summaries, account plans, and strategies to improve retention, service, and portfolio performance.
• Champion new and existing business initiatives with Broker Distribution, Underwriting, Claims, Risk Engineering, Marketing, and other functions.
• Develop collaborative marketing and event strategies aligned with business production and performance goals.
• Drive new business production, cross-selling, client retention, and premium retention results.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including proven client relationship or account management experience.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Ability to build relationships and influence brokers, clients, peers, senior executives, and staff.
• Experience managing complex global insurance relationships.
• Strong financial and accounting skills for engagement with senior management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in French.
