What you will do

• Provide subject-matter expertise in warfighting technologies and capabilities for Mission Engineering Integration Activities.
• Deliver technical assessments and recommend approaches, technologies, and capabilities to address joint warfighting capability gaps.
• Analyze and advise on capability requirements development and validation through the Technology Modernization Transition Review process.
• Support mission engineering studies, prototype development, experimentation, and global integrated wargaming.
• Collaborate with Service, Joint Staff, and OSD stakeholders to transition technologies into programs of record.
• Prepare reports and briefings for senior Department of Defense leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or physics.
• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility and SAP experience required.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience and experience leading complex engineering and systems analysis efforts for the DoW and/or IC.
• Working knowledge of airborne and space ISR systems, including classified proliferated low Earth orbit constellations and SAP space portfolios.
• Technical expertise in one or more C5ISRT areas, including space and satellite ground station operations, BMC3, C2BMC, AI, or PNT.
• Strong executive presence, communication, briefing, reporting, organizational, and independent working skills.

• Experience working with the Joint Staff in the military requirements process.
• OSD, Joint Staff, or Service Staff experience.
