Procurement Intern (Supply Chain)

Location: Mentor, Ohio, USA; reliable transportation to and from work is required.

Salary: $22.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing.

What you will do

• Support the North America Procurement team with supplier data gathering, system updates, analysis, strategic projects, and process improvements.
• Assist Category Managers with supplier management, sourcing analysis, and market research.
• Participate in cross-functional teams as a procurement liaison.
• Partner with managers to design and implement a standardized intake system for procurement requests.
• Centralize procurement data for strategic historical analysis.
• Collaborate across procurement departments to understand the global supply chain.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant work experience.
• Experience in relevant student organizations, volunteer activities, or similar extracurricular involvement.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Work sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
