Denials Prevention Revenue Cycle Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; must be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as needed.

Salary: $62,500–$79,800 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Analyze claims, payments, account reconciliations, underpayments, denials, and revenue leakage.
• Review and validate claim and payment data and interpret contract reimbursement terms.
• Prepare revenue cycle operations reports and support the development of metrics.
• Identify root causes, escalate complex service-level issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze historical data and staffing to forecast future requirements.
• Support strategic planning, process improvement, and initiatives that reduce cycle times.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Advanced use of AI, including managing teams using AI to support process and technology improvements.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.
• Must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
