Senior Advisor, Branch Manager Supervisory Principal

What you will do

• Perform supervisory reviews and approvals of client accounts, transactions, and documentation.
• Support producing branch managers, financial advisors, and branch associates with supervisory matters.
• Research and resolve complex account, suitability, regulatory, and risk issues.
• Monitor supervisory systems and reports to identify unusual activity, trends, and emerging risks.
• Interpret firm policies, industry regulations, and supervisory standards, providing actionable guidance.
• Collaborate with supervision leadership, field supervision, compliance, legal, operations, and branch leadership to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, plus at least three years of experience in financial services or supervision, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Series 7 and Series 9/10 or Series 24 required, with Series 66 or Series 65/63 also required, or the ability to obtain the licenses within an established timeframe.
• Must be based in Colorado, United States, for this remote role.
• Strong judgment, analytical ability, communication skills, and experience interpreting regulations are required.
