Logistics Associate - Shipping (Biotech)

Location: On-site in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States. Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday for the first couple of months, then a 12-hour day shift.

What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, including final products and samples.
• Verify shipping documents, labels, and materials for accuracy and cGMP compliance.
• Process SAP transactions for outbound deliveries, inventory movements, and shipments.
• Use RF scanning equipment to track materials and maintain accurate transactions.
• Coordinate material staging and shipment readiness to meet timelines.
• Cross-train and support receiving, warehouse, and kitting operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and shipping processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in dock areas, warehouses, and temperature-controlled spaces.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems and basic knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality requirements are preferred.
