Transportation Examiner-CPI Claims

What you will do

• Manage and process GAP insurance claims from documentation through final resolution.
• Communicate with customers, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Analyze loan transaction histories, payments, fees, insurance details, and waivers to verify coverage and calculate claim amounts.
• Document correspondence and claim information in AS400 and monitor pending claims using the GAP pending claims list.
• Assess vehicle values using CCCOne, Mitchell, Autosource, and Kelley Blue Book.
• Meet departmental quality, service-level, and production goals while managing multiple claims.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of auto adjusting experience.
• Proficiency with required claims, office, documentation, and auto valuation software, including AS400, Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, ISO, CARFAX, Winloan, Claimtrak, CCCOne, Mitchell, Autosource, and Kelley Blue Book.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service experience, including explaining technical and policy-related information.
• Ability to work independently, protect confidential information, prioritize multiple claims, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with GAP and Collateral Protection insurance.
• Multiple state adjusting licenses.
