Cloud Infrastructure Engineer: Deployments (Mid-Senior Level)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding California. An onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required. Travel: 5%.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate core cloud infrastructure for development and engineering teams.
• Own deployment pipelines and platform capabilities for computing, identity, observability, tooling, and security.
• Debug critical production infrastructure incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Design reliable systems that support site health, automated workload movement, and failure avoidance.
• Build platform solutions in Go or Python to improve developer velocity and feature delivery.
• Partner with product engineering teams to align infrastructure capabilities with evolving priorities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in Kubernetes clusters.
• Practical experience with declarative infrastructure and Terraform.
• Experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Programming proficiency in Go or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI, plus Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
• Must be eligible to work remotely within the United States, excluding California, and must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise pipelines.
• Production experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Akuity, Kargo, or Dagger.io.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
