Technical Program Manager, EE Systems (Automotive)

Develops a full-stack autonomous mobility solution for cities and executes vehicle programs with external engineering partners.

What you will do

• Own the electrical and electrical-distribution program scope from concept through industrialization.
• Act as the central coordination point for electrical scope and manage the engineering RASIC with external partners.
• Assess low-voltage harness and EDS impacts, manage design changes, and track corrective actions.
• Control engineering data exchange, CAD compatibility, configuration, and release of harness drawings.
• Coordinate antenna integration, EMC verification, E/E integration and regression testing, thermal validation, and electrical mounting hardware.
• Maintain milestone plans, identify risks with recovery options, and prepare weekly and executive program updates.

Requirements

• BS or MS in engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or engineering management in automotive.
• Direct ownership of electrical distribution systems, vehicle electrical architecture, and low-voltage harness design and release in an OEM or major automotive manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing external engineering or Tier 1 development partners across time zones, including scope negotiation and deliverable management.
• Fluency in engineering change management and PLM workflows, including change requests, change actions, EBOM release, and drawing release control.
• Proficiency with FTA, FMEA, 8D, Fishbone analysis, and other risk or root-cause methodologies.

Nice to have

• CATIA V5 and V6 experience and familiarity with mismatched OEM and supplier CAD toolchains.
• Knowledge of USCAR, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and CISPR 25 standards.
