Salary: £27,976–£29,500 depending on experience. Additional travel expenses beyond the base location will be reimbursed.

What you will do
- Provide person-centred, one-to-one employment support and create individualised action plans for customers.
- Track customer progress before and after employment, including ongoing in-work support to help people sustain their roles.
- Engage employers, promote customers as candidates, and develop inclusive employment opportunities.
- Arrange work experiences such as placements, trials, and job-shadowing opportunities.
- Identify suitable vacancies, training, and specialist signposting services for customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and meet performance, quality, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Experience supporting people facing barriers to employment, including health conditions and disabilities.
- Experience providing one-to-one support and coaching, with the ability to constructively challenge customers when needed.
- Experience developing networks and building effective partnerships with stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and caseload-management skills, with knowledge of data protection and confidentiality.
- Flexible availability for occasional evening and weekend activities.
- Enhanced DBS clearance is required before employment begins.
Nice to have
- Driving licence and access to a car for community-based delivery.
- Knowledge of domestic abuse and trauma-informed support.
- Experience helping individuals progress into work and understanding of supported employment programmes such as IPS.
- Knowledge of local employment markets, welfare and benefits, and safeguarding procedures.
