What you will do

• Provide high-quality HR support across the full colleague lifecycle.
• Use data analysis to deliver insight-led services for stakeholders and colleagues.
• Identify process issues and implement continuous improvement and change initiatives.
• Apply root cause analysis and monitor service standards through quality checks.
• Mentor and coach colleagues in HR support teams.
• Support the Team Leader with escalations and cross-functional work.

Requirements

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to support colleagues in achieving service-level agreements.
• Experience or capability in continuous improvement within an HR function.
• Ability to investigate complex issues, identify causes, and propose clear solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential HR documents, systems, and information.
• Ability to learn internal systems and retain a broad range of HR processes and policies.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering positive colleague experiences and providing professional HR guidance.
• Knowledge of internal HR systems and processes.
