Senior Analysis Engineer – Weight & Launch Engineering (Automotive)

What you will do

• Own vehicle weight data from pre-series builds through cars in production.
• Validate data used by production plants and vehicle certification processes.
• Drive migration from the current weight management environment to a new PLM platform.
• Translate existing logic and methods into the new system, define functional requirements, and develop pragmatic workarounds.
• Analyse large data volumes, identify deviations, assess production impact, and lead corrective actions.
• Coordinate between the weight launch team, development engineers, and offshore support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Several years of experience in production- or product-related engineering.
• Hands-on experience with weight or vehicle data management in a PLM environment.
• Professional English communication is required.
• Ability to make independent decisions and communicate clearly across functions and seniority levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python scripting.
