R&D Electrical Design Engineer (Control Systems)

What you will do

• Lead hardware design for assigned tasks and R&D projects involving standardized solutions for steam and gas turbine fleets.
• Develop and maintain technical solutions for modernization and upgrade projects.
• Create and modify electrical designs using Comos and AutoCAD.
• Ensure designs comply with safety and functional requirements.
• Collaborate across departments and contribute to business development, project delivery, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Test designs in the local test room and, where applicable, follow them through on-site installation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably with control equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Comos or a similar electrical database engineering tool.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Structured, driven working style and strong cooperation skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Swedish.
• Previous experience as a technical field advisor.
