SharePoint/Power Platform Developer

Location: United States; fully remote

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requests, map business processes, and identify pain points.
• Redesign SharePoint site templates, layouts, content structures, Hub Sites, search roll-ups, and mobile-first experiences.
• Build and deploy Power Apps, approval and notification flows, reusable components, and Dataverse-backed solutions.
• Consolidate cross-directorate data into personalized Power BI views and advise on relational data models.
• Establish governance resources with links to DHS and FEMA policies and guidance.
• Document risks, data models, and compliance posture; develop data-management practices and train power users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or commensurate experience.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics development and design.
• Must be able to attain and maintain a FEMA Public Trust clearance.
• Experience supporting government IT projects and working with data governance and compliance practices.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics and/or SharePoint certifications.
• Prior FEMA project or contract experience.
