BDR Team Lead (AI)

Location: London, England. The role covers European markets, and candidates must be legally able to work in the specified region.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the European BDR team across multiple markets.
• Run live and recorded call coaching, group coaching sessions, and weekly deal reviews.
• Own account targeting, contact seniority, buying-group coverage, and pipeline quality.
• Build onboarding, ramp programs, sales sequences, messaging, engagement rules, and CRM discipline.
• Set targets, manage the weekly operating rhythm, monitor performance, and forecast pipeline gaps and opportunities.
• Partner with account executives, marketing, and leadership to move opportunities from meetings booked through closed won.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success carrying and hitting a sales target, with the ability to coach on live calls.
• Strong call-coaching skills with a specific, conversion-focused approach.
• Ability to use funnel data to identify leaks and improve conversion.
• Comfort building sales processes and enablement materials where they do not yet exist.
• Experience leading across different languages, cultures, and buying norms; experience across European markets is key.
• Legal ability to work in the specified region is required.

Nice to have

• French or Spanish language skills.
• Previous leadership experience, whether as a first-time or second-time leader.
