Global Benefits Specialist

What you will do

• Manage daily benefits operations, including enrollments, life events, and open enrollment.
• Serve as the first escalation point for complex benefits and leave inquiries.
• Coordinate vendor operations, eligibility files, renewals, leave logistics, and return-to-work execution.
• Perform benefit audits, reconciliations, and system testing while documenting processes and creating employee self-service guides.
• Support the rollout and ongoing administration of the global recognition program.
• Collaborate with People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams across 15+ countries.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for audits and reporting.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and process documentation skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Multi-country benefits experience is highly preferred.
