Location: Hybrid in France or Spain, including Malaga and Granada
Company
is building an international SAP Managed Payroll Services and BPO organization for payroll and HR outsourcing.
What you will do
- Lead the Payroll and HR Operations MPS/BPO team and ensure accurate, timely service delivery within contractual scope and SLAs.
- Own client relationships, participate in monthly reviews, and present KPI and service-delivery reports.
- Manage country-level escalations, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with Payroll Country Leads, HR Operations Leads, and senior management.
- Calculate and manage Service Level Credits and address deviations from SLA requirements.
- Own staffing, recruitment, team evaluations, performance management, coaching, and professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement of payroll processes and support the development of training programs.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in HR and payroll outsourcing within an enterprise environment, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, regulations, global payroll standards, SLAs, and KPI reporting.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering payroll services to multinational clients.
- Leadership experience covering recruitment, team development, performance management, prioritization, and decision-making.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, process improvement, and operational efficiency skills.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in Payroll and BPO outsourcing environments.
- CPP, CPS, or CPM certification.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, call centre technology, HR analytics, or automation tools.
- Fluency in other local languages.
